Salivary Duct Injury on MR Sialography

Abstract

Parotid duct injuries are uncommon, seen in about 0.2% cases of trauma and are difficult to demonstrate on conventional imaging. This case highlights the capability of magnetic resonance (MR) sialography to demonstrate the duct injuries non-invasively.
