Abstract
On 18 November 2010, EJM coeditor Christoph Pan was bestowed with the civil division of the Commander’s Cross Order of Merit of the Republic of Hungary in recognition of his decades-long international work to promote the collective rights of ethnic minorities and for the accomplishment of autonomy concepts. The article displays the laudatory speech of Lázló Tökés, President of the Hungarian National Council of Transylvania and Vice-President of the European Parliament.
