Summary

A new species of Hyptis sect. Eriosphaeria (Lamiaceae) from Goiás (Brazil) is described, illustrated and compared with related species in sect. Eriosphaeria subsect. Passerinae. An evaluation of the species of the group and a key to identification is provided.

Uma nova espécie de Hyptis sect. Eriosphaeria (Lamiaceae) de Goiás (Brasil) é descrita, ilustrada e comparada com as outras espécies de sect. Eriosphaeria subsect. Passerinae. É apresentada uma avaliação das espécies do grupo e uma chave de identificação das mesmas.
