Abstract
This case study concerns a patient with a large aneurysm and thrombosis located in the venous graft to the right coronary artery. The patient had already undergone two previous bypass operations; a third operation would have been complex and risky. A therapeutic, interventional percutaneous covered stent was the preferred option to treat a bypass graft thromboembolic aneurysm in this patient.
