Résumé
La tumeur de Buschke-Lowentein (TBL) est un condylome acuminé géant caractérisé par son potentiel dégénératif et son caractère envahissant et récidivant après traitement. Il s’agit d’une tumeur rare dont la fréquence est estimée actuellement à 0,1% de la population générale. La dégénérescence n’affecte que 8–25% des TBL.
Afin d’illustrer les aspects cliniques et thérapeutiques de cette entité rare nous rapportons trois cas de tumeurs de Buscke-Lowenstein dégénérées à localisation anorectale, colligées au service de gastro-entérologie du CHU Mohammed VI de Marrakech. Il s’agit de trois patients de sexe masculin présentant une tumeur de Buschke-Lowenstein dégénérée dont le diagnostic a été confirmé par une étude histologique.
Absract
Buschke-Lowenstein tumor (TBL) is a giant condyloma acuminatum characterized by degenerative and potential invasiveness and relapsed after treatment. It is a rare tumor reaching 0.1% of the general population, The degeneration affects only 8–25% of TBL. To illustrate the clinical and therapeutic aspects of this rare entity we report three cases of tumors Buschke-Lowenstein degenerate in anorectal location, collected at the service of Gastroenterology CHU Mohammed VI in Marrakech.
These three patients of male sex with tumor Buschke-Lowenstein degenerate whose diagnosis was confirmed by histology.
