It is with great pleasure that I announce another Special Issue of Current Psychology. Martina Benvenuti, Anne C. Miers, John A. Naslund and Michele Wright have put together this Special Issue on a topic of current interest and importance. Technology is re-shaping the world and especially relevant to the adolescent population. Developmentally, adolescents are especially vulnerable to a wide array of influences ranging from reckless behavior to drugs and alcohol to the positive as well as negative influences of various social media platforms. Articles in this Special Issue examine such topics as Child Maltreatment, Problematic Internet Use, role of Covid-19 on Technology and Creativity, Cybervictimization, as well as several studies examining these issues cross-culturally. Like all previous Special Issues, this one is timely and will begin a dialogue and debate regarding how technology is literally transforming our developing youth right in front of our eyes. We all hope you enjoy this Special Issue.
