Conclusion
Technology presents opportunities in all areas of employee benefits — design, administration, and communication. Indeed, it holds out the potential to deliver benefits, like almost every other product or service, in a way that is “better, faster, cheaper.” But achieving that goal will involve substantial financial investment and many hours of staff time.
