Vladislav L. Inozemtsev, is professor of political economy at Moscow State University in Russia. He is also the director of the Moscow-based Center for Post-Industrial Researches, deputy editor-in-chief of Sociological Journal published by the Russian Academy of Sciences, and a member of the editorial board of Svobodnaya Mysl (formerly Communist). Inozemtsev has served since 1994 as vice-president and chief executive officer of Moscow-Paris Commercial Bank.
