Thomas D. Boswell is professor of geography at the University of Miami. He is author of The Caribeean Islands (with Dennis Conway); South Florida: Winds of Change; and The Cuban-American Experience (with James R. Curtis).

Professor Robert E. Allinson has published four books and over one hundred and fifty academic papers including GLOBAL DISASTERS: Inquiries into Management Ethics and Understanding the Chinese Mind. He is a professor in the Department of Philosophy at The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Professor Allinson is interested in the dimension of moral responsibility and ethical choice in decision making and serves on the editorial board of Business Ethics Quarterly. He has been a consultant both to major corporations and to MBA programs in North America, Asia and Europe.

Richard Hamilton is professor of sociology and political science at The Ohio State University. He is the author of Who Voted for Hitler? and The Social Misconstruction of Reality. The latter contains two chapters dealing with the social bases of Nazism.

Robert B. Smith received his training in sociology from Columbia University. He has authored empirical analyses of voting and public opinion processes and has edited A Handbook of Social Science Methods. He resides in Cambridge, Massachusetts where he directs Social Structural Research.

Robert Lerner, Ph.D., is an independent consultant and co-author of several books and articles including Giving for Social Change, Molding the Good Citizen, American Elites, and Writing Proposals in Health Policy Research which is forthcoming.

James M. O’Kane is professor of sociology at Drew University in Madison, New Jersey. He is the author of The Crooked Ladder: Gangsters, Ethnicity, and the American Dream, published by Transaction Publishers, 1992.
