Rensselaer W. Lee II is president of Global Advisory Services, Inc., an Alexandria, Virginia, based company that consults on international development issues and an associate scholar at the Foreign Policy Research Insitute in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He has testified on drug trafficking and drug abuse issues before the House Subcommittee on Western Hemisphere Affairs and other congressional forums. Lee is the author of The White Labyrinth: Cocaine and Politcal Power, published by Transaction Publishers, and co-author with Patrick Clawson of The Andean Cocaine Industry published by St. Martin’s Press.
