Mr. Franks was a part of the SPARCS teacher group in Omaha. He earned his Master of Science degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
She is the K-18 Coordinator for the College of Education. She was the director of the National Science Foundation teacher enhancement grant called SPARCS (Solving Problems and Revitalizing Curriculum in Science) in the Omaha area. Dr. Kean was a Professor in the Center for Curriculum and Instruction at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln before moving to Sacramento.
