Abstract
We report a case of a 17-year-old male with a giant cell tumor originating from the rib and presenting as an intra-thoracic mass. It is a benign, locally aggressive neoplasm seen infrequently. Thoracotomy and en bloc resection of the mass were carried out successfully.
