Abstract

Jenseits der Diskussion um eine Reform des SGB VIII wird der Abbau von Standards gefordert. Diese Ansätze haben sich im letzten Jahr in unterschiedlichen Linien konkretisiert, die über einen Standardabbau im engen Sinne hinausweisen. Die Jugendhilfe muss Veränderungen analysieren und aufgreifen und aus ihrer Haltung und ihrem Potential heraus Entwicklung proaktiv gestalten.
