Abstract / Das Wichtigste in Kürze
In einem innovativen Lehr- und Lernprojekt der Hochschule Esslingen arbeiteten Studierende der Sozialen Arbeit und Service User gemeinsam und auf Augenhöhe an dem Thema „Was macht gute Soziale Arbeit aus?“ Die Service User erlebten die Zusammenarbeit als äußerst bereichernd, da ihre Erfahrungen und Sichtweise gehört und geschätzt wurden. Die Studierenden wurden in ihren Rollenverständnissen herausgefordert und alte „Wir-und-Sie“ Unterscheidungen in Frage gestellt. Das Projekt entstand im Kontext des internationalen Netzwerkes PowerUs. Die Ergebnisse wurden in einer DVD dokumentiert.
