Nucleon-generalized parton distributions in the light-front quark model

Abstract

We calculate the generalized parton distributions (GPDs) for the up- and down-quarks in nucleon using the effective light-front wavefunction. The results obtained for GPDs in momentum and impact parameter space are comparable with phenomenological parametrization methods.
