Ses travaux portent sur l’histoire de l’algèbre au XIXe siècle et sur l’histoire de l’enseignement des mathématiques à la même période. Elle a récemment publié « A social history of the “Galois affair” at the Paris Academy of Sciences (1831) », Science in Context, no 1, 2010.
