This present issue of Sophia has the pleasure of including papers selected from two conferences held in 2010 this year in Australia: The Biennial Conference in Philosophy, Religion and Culture (guest edited by Andrew Murray from Catholic Institute of Sydney) and Australasian Philosophy of Religion Association Conference (guest edited by Morgan Luck from Charles Sturt University.)

Included is also an article by someone closely associated with the two conferences, Andrew Gleeson’s “The Power of God”, an article that was inadvertently left out in the 49.3 issue (though it did appear as an on-line first article on the Sophia-Springer website.) We extend our apologies to Dr Gleeson. Readers please note that this is the on-line article that William Hasker has responded to in his own article: “Which God? What Power? A Response to Andrew H. Gleeson” (Sophia Vol 49, no. 3, 433–445).

Included in this issue is also Gleeson’s reply to Hasker’s above-mentioned response.

The issue also carries Graham Oppy’s a full-length review discussion of a much recognised scholarly book in the field by Bruce Langtry, God, the Best, and Evil (Oxford).

Hope you enjoy the issue.
