Résumé

L’atteinte organique a pu être considérée par Freud comme un support corporel privilégié pour l’expression de fantasmes inconscients. À partir d’une situation clinique où la tumeur cancéreuse confronte le sujet au retour d’éléments infantiles, nous proposons d’étudier la dynamique transférentielle et l’actualisation des liens libidinaux dans le récit du patient. L’analyse d’un rêve transférentiel permettra de saisir les effets du travail de dissociation et de séparation sur la position inconsciente du sujet malade.

Abstract

Freud considered that an organic disease could be a tangible expression of subconscious fantasies. In the presentation of a case history, where the subject with a cancerous tumor is confronted with the reminder of infantile elements, we aim to study the dynamics of transference and the actualization of libidinal links in the history of the patient. By the analysis of a transfer dream, the effects of the work of dissociation and separation of the unconscious position can be measured.
