Résumé

Le cancérologue dispose d’une large gamme de biomarqueurs circulants destinés à l’aider dans la prise en charge des patients dont il s’occupe. Nous revoyons ici les principaux marqueurs tumoraux selon leur nature et leurs principales indications tumorales (dépistage, diagnostic, pronostic et/ou marqueur de l’efficacité thérapeutique).

Abstract

Medical oncologists have a whole range of biomarkers at their disposal to help them care for their patients. We review the main tumor markers according to their nature and their indications (screening, diagnosis, prognosis and/or drug monitoring marker).
