Abstract
A 64-year-old man with a history of repeated pneumonia underwent left lower lobectomy with a diagnosis of a systemic arterial supply to the basal segment of the left pulmonary lobe. Three months after the operation, follow-up computed tomography revealed a large cecum of the stump of the feeding artery. We performed endovascular aortic repair for the cecum.
