Abstract
We have encountered a patient with primary lung cancer with invasion into the right atrial wall with N2 disease. Complete resection of the tumor combined with the right atrial wall was achieved under cardiopulmonary bypass after induction chemoradiotherapy. Pathological results confirmed ypT0N0M0. Post-operatively, atrial flutter resistant to rate control with calcium-antagonists and β-blockers was treated with catheter ablation of the atrioventricular node.
