Tuina plus traction for cervical distortion in teenagers: A report of 40 cases

摘要

目的

观察推拿结合牵引治疗青少年颈椎反弓的临床疗效。

方法

对40 例青少 年颈椎反弓患者进行推拿结合牵引的治疗。 隔天治疗1 次, 10 天为1 个疗程, 治疗2 个疗程后评价疗效。

结果

治疗前后颈椎曲度有显著改变, 治疗后颈椎反 弓纠正15 例, 明显改善20 例, 好转5 例。

结论

推拿结合牵引是治疗青少年颈椎生理曲度异常的有效方法。

Abstract

Objective

To observe the clinical effect of tuina plus traction for cervical distortion in teenagers.

Methods

Tuina plus traction was applied to 40 teenagers with cervical distortion once every other day, and 10 days make up 1 treatment course. The therapeutic effect was evaluated after 2 courses.

Result

Significant changes occurred after the treatment: 15 cases got correction, 20 cases got substantial improvement and 5 cases got certain improvement.

Conclusion

Tuina plus traction works effectively for abnormal cervical physiological curve in teenagers.
