Clinical study of acupoint injection in treating lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion

摘要

目的

观察穴位注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。

方法

将156 例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为观察组80 例(弥可保注射液)和对照组76 例(维生素B₁₂ 注射液), 采用穴位注射受压神经根相应节段夹脊穴的方法。

结果

观察组有效率为86.3%, 对照组有效率为78.9%, 两组疗效比较P<0.01, 差异有统计学意义。

结论

“弥可保”注射液穴位注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效明显高于维生素B₁₂ 穴位注射。

Abstract

Objective

To investigate the clinical efficacy of point injection in treating lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion.

Methods

One hundred and fifty-six patients with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion were randomly allocated to an observation group of 80 cases (mecobalamin injection) and a control group of 76 cases (vitamin B₁₂ injection). Injection at Jiaji (Ex-B 2) points corresponding to the spinal segments of the pressed nerve roots was performed.

Results

The efficacy rate was 86.3% in the observation group and 78.9% in the control group. There was a statistically significant difference in curative effect between the two groups (P<0.01).

Conclusion

The results indicate that the clinical curative effect of acupoint injection of mecobalamin is significantly better than that of point injection of vitamin B₁₂ in treating lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion.
