CHEN Zhi-gang, male, born in 1957 in Beijing, is a chief doctor and associate professor. He has been engaged in traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture for more than 30 years, integrative Chinese & western rehabilitation medicine for over 20 years. He reads extensively and studies medical theories, and has accumulated rich clinical experience, especially in syndrome differentiation and acupoint selection. He is skillful at the treatment of brain injury and spinal cord injury by acupuncture, and achieved excellent results. His project on the clinical research of electroacupuncture at Governor Meridian and “Jie tan kang Granule (截瘫康冲剂)” in treating paraplegia won the scientific progress prize of Fengtai District, Beijing.
