Résumé
Le sphincter magnétique est un procédé de renforcement sphinctérien qui consiste à placer un anneau de billes magnétiques autour du canal anal dans le but de serrer ce dernier. Lors des efforts de poussées du patient, les billes magnétiques s’écartent, puis reprennent leur position d’origine spontanément.
Abstract
Magnetic Anal sphincter is a new device that aimed to reinforce the anal sphincter. A ring of magnetic beads is placed around the anal canal. During straining, dilation of the ring allows the defecation.
