Résumé

Les traumatismes du rectum sont une pathologie de pratique courante et se rencontrent dans des circonstances variées, par introduction d’un objet contendant, abus sexuel, traumatisme accidentel ou iatrogène perendoscopique. La prise en charge initiale est standardisée et doit être adaptée en fonction de la sévérité de la blessure rectale.

Abstract

Rectal injuries occur in various situations (trauma, sexual abuse, endoscopic procedure). Their management requires systematic examination with complete description of the grade of the lesions. Early management leads to a better prognosis and limits complications.
