Abstract
Based on the brief account of the outline and the systematic research of China modern literary journals, including the past and the present, this paper emphasizes that the modern literature journal is one of the modern literature carriers and even one of the primary research topics on modern literature. Research of the modern journals can possibly renovate the modern literature research and provide a new perspective on it.

在大体描述中国现代文学期刊的基本轮廓, 认真梳理文学期刊研究的历史与现状的基础上, 笔者强调指出: 现代文学期刊既是现代文学的主要载体之一, 更是现代文学主要的研究内容之一。 期刊研究, 有可能更新现代文学研究的思路, 提供研究的新鲜视角。

Liu Zengren 刘增人, born in Weifang, Shandong Province in 1942, is the Dean of Lun Xun Research Center sponsored by Qingdao University and Beijing Lun Xun Museum. He is the committee member of The Complete Works of Lu Xun Revision Editors Committee, the director of China Modern literature Research Institution and the director of China Lu Xun Research Institution. He graduated from Shandong Normal Institute in 1963 and then worked as a teacher in Tai’an Teachers’ College. From 1987 on, he works in Qingdao University. His academic research interests are the history of China modern literature, Lu Xun and his works, China literary journals and modern Shandong writers. His publications include eight monographs and more than one hundred papers published in nationally known journals. He won two first prizes for social science and two first prizes for teaching in Shandong Province.
