According to Samaan et al., the large language model ChatGPT frequently delivered precise and repeatable answers to frequent questions about bariatric surgery [1]. In addition to the standard of care offered by qualified healthcare experts, ChatGPT may be a useful auxiliary information source for patients considering bariatric surgery, according to Samaan et al. [1]. Using ChatGPT to produce, evaluate, and accept primary content without user participation can be immoral [2]. Everyone agrees that ChatGPT's architecture has to be updated. We can all agree that ChatGPT need a new design in order to function correctly. The ChatGPT code of conduct must be reviewed and updated before it may be utilized in practice, study, or instruction. Before being used in research, classroom instruction, or curriculum development, the ChatGPT code of conduct must be reviewed and updated. To avoid unintended malpractice or malfeasance, a detailed code of conduct for using ChatGPT in practice, teaching, and research is offered.
