Résumé

Nous présentons un cas de hernie hiatale par glissement apparue un an après une gastrectomie en manchon. Cette hernie hiatale était symptomatique (dysphagie). Nous avons réalisé une cardiopexie avec le ligament rond par coelioscopie.

Abstract

We present a cas of late post-operative dysphagia due to herniation of the sleeved stomach into the posterior mediastinum which was treated with a laparoscopic cardiopexy with ligamentum teres.
