The structure and two successive heterogeneous precipitation behaviors of Sb precipitates in ultrahigh Sb bearing steel were investigated. MnS is an effective heterogeneous nucleation core of Sb-precipitated phase in Sb bearing steel. The inclusion of Ti-modified MnS can increase the ratio of the precipitation core of the steel. The specific structure type of Sb-precipitated phase in steel is FeSb phase.
