Abstract

Muscular strengthening after ACL ligamentoplasty had to take into account the tension produces during rehabilitation, the plasty and her fixation, ligament healing, knee state and sport patients. Extensor apparatus and plasties protection indicates the use of closed kinetic chain exercises and hamstring strengthening. Analytic quadriceps strengthening is introduced with a delay. This work permits to recuperate the independent muscular control and quadriceps abilities to return to sport.
