Dabei ändert sich das Nutzungsverhalten der Ärzte und eine neue Generation rückt nach, die das Abrufen online verfügbarer Informationen als selbstverständlich ansieht. Neben einer Vielzahl von sozialen Netzwerken bietet das Internet Medizinern spezielle Ärzte-Communities. Während Facebook, Twitter & Co. Ärzte in Konflikt mit der Schweigepflicht bringen, können Fachdiskussionen unter Kollegen dort in einem sicheren Umfeld stattfinden.
