Obinutuzumab wurde von der European Medicines Agency (EMA) in Kombination mit Chlorambucil für die Erstlinienbehandlung von erwachsenen Patienten mit CLL (chronischer lymphatischer Leukämie) zugelassen, für die aufgrund von Begleiterkrankungen eine Therapie mit Fludarabin nicht infrage kommt.
