Abstract

The outcome between the mini-open and arthroscopic surgical repair of shoulder rotator cuff tendons was recently compared. Actually it seems there is no evidence that one of these options is the best choice. In this article we describe the anterolateral mini-open surgical procedure with trans-osseous absorbable sutures for shoulder rotator cuff ruptures.
