Der Beitrag analysiert die Praxis einiger Datenschutzaufsichtsbehörden bei der Bewertung von Videokonferenzlösungen vor dem Hintergrund des Stands der Technik. Die Informationspraxis der Datenschutzaufsichtsbehörden wird anschließend hinsichtlich der rechtlichen Auswirkungen auf Anbieter und Verantwortliche bewertet.
