Zusammenfassung

FH Brandenburg und TeleTrusT haben in den letzten Monaten zuammen ein Projekt zur Analyse von Erfolgskriterien für Public-Key-Infrastrukturen durchgeführt. (http://ekias.fhbrandenburg.de) Die Ergebnisse: soziologische Aspekte spielen eine größere Bedeutung als zunächst angenommen, betriebswirtschaftliche Argumente wirken nur im Kontext eines konkreten Geschäftsprozesses und die Anwender nehmen PKI-Anwendungen nur an, wenn sie beim Einführungsprozess begleitet werden.
