Zusammenfassung

In diesem Artikel für die Zeitschrift für Psychodrama und Soziometrie (ZPS) wird die Praxis von Lehr- und Kontroll-Supervision auf Grundlage eines psychodramatischen, soziodramatischen Supervisionsverständnisses erläutert und ein Konzept für diese Aufgaben entwickelt. Das System des Psychodramas als Supervisionskonzept wird präsentiert, erläutert und um die Dimension der Lehr- und Kontrollsupervision erweitert. Ziel von Lehr- und Kontrollsupervision ist die Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung der professionellen Reflexions- und Handlungsfähigkeit. Für die Orientierung in komplexen Systemen sowie für das Ziel, Aufgaben und Rollen entsprechend handeln zu können, bieten Psycho- und Soziodrama mit ihrer Theorie und dem methodischem Handwerkzeug gute Möglichkeiten für das Verstehen und den Umgang mit Unsicherheiten sowie zur Entwicklung von Spontaneität und Kreativität in professionellem Kontext.

Abstract

In this article the practice of teaching and “control” or meta-supervision is explained on the basis of a psychodramatic and sociodramatic understanding of supervision and a concept for these tasks is developed. The system of psychodrama as a supervision tool is vividly presented, explained, and extended to include the dimension of teaching and control supervision. The goal of teaching and control supervision is the development and enhancement of the professional skill to reflect and act. For the orientation in complex systems as well as for the capacity to handle a task and a role, psycho- and sociodrama offer, with their respective theories and methodological tools, good choices for understanding and dealing with uncertainties as well as for the development of spontaneity and creativity in a professional context.
