Doppeln anders angewandt im Kontext von Teamentwicklung und Konfliktberatung

Zusammenfassung

Doppeln ist eine zentrale Grundtechnik im Psychodrama. Bis jetzt wird Doppeln meist in der szenischen Arbeit angewandt. Der vorliegende Artikel gibt Anregungen, wie das Doppeln in den Formaten von Supervision, Konfliktberatung und Weiterbildungskursen mit unterschiedlichen Zielsetzungen anders und flexibel einsetzbar ist. Anhand von Fallbeispielen wird aufgezeigt, wie Doppeln als Anwärmung ein wichtiger Baustein von Teamentwicklung darstellt, wie Doppeln deeskalierende Wirkung in Konflikten besitzt und wie Doppeln wirksam als Integrationsintervention eingesetzt wird.

Abstract

Doubling is central to psychodrama. It has commonly been used in play scenes. This article shows how doubling can, however, successfully be used also in supervision, conflict management and continuing education settings. Various examples to this effect are given here. They also show the positive effects doubling can have for team development and team integration.
