Summary

“I am here, because I have to not because I want to!” Small steps treating personal offences in team development

Structural changes in organisations are the cause of requests for team consultation and team development. The resulting order situation is analysed. Exemplary two psychodramatic interventions are presented, which take the difficult emotional effects on the involved employees and the team’s sociometric position into consideration.

Zusammenfassung

Strukturelle Veränderungen in Organisationen sind Auslöser für Anfragen an Teamberatung und Teamentwicklung. Die sich daraus ergebende Auftragslage wird analysiert. Es werden beispielhaft zwei psychodramatische Interventionen vorgestellt, die die schwierigen emotionalen Auswirkungen bei den beteiligten Mitarbeitern und die soziometrische Lage des Teams berücksichtigen und aufgreifen.
