Summary

The phase of psychic consolidation plays a decisive role in therapy of traumatized people. The autor introduces two important techniques of consolidation in Psychodrama: the establishment of a Safe Place and by the aid of an Inner Consultant.

Bei der Therapie traumatisierter Menschen spielt die psychische Stabilisierung eine entscheidende Rolle. Im folgenden Beitrag wird praxisnah auf zwei zentrale Psychodramatechniken der Stabilisierung eingegangen: auf die Etablierung eines Sicheren Ortes und die Zurhilfenahme eines Inneren Helfers.
