Summary

(Psychodrama and the effective agents in groups)

Following a short presentation of some effective agents of group dynamics Morenos principle of action is highlighted. Advantages of creative action for recognizing and developing ego functions are illustrated with concrete examples. Individual circumstances and potentialities should have priority to otherwise important theoretical considerations of different schools.

Zusammenfassung

Nach kurzer Darstellung einiger gruppendynamischer Wirkfaktoren wird Morenos Prinzip des Handelns hervorgehoben. Die Vorteile kreativen Tuns für das Erkennen und die Entwicklung der Ich-Funktionen sind durch konkrete Beispiele deutlich gemacht. Individuelle Gegebenheiten und Möglichkeiten soll(t)en Vorrang haben vor an sich wichtigen schulen-theoretischen Überlegungen.
