Zusammenfassung

Anhand der Therapeuten-Klienten-Konstellation im Film „Good Will Hunting“ (USA, 1997) wird die Schlüsselintervention des Therapeuten zum Beziehungsaufbau mit seinem devianten, von narzisstischen Verhaltensweisen geprägten Klienten beschrieben und analysiert. Es werden Grundelemente der Arbeitsbeziehung für Therapie, Coaching und Beratung dargestellt und Handlungsmöglichkeiten für die Praxis abgeleitet.

Abstract

Using the therapist-client constellation in the film “Good Will Hunting” (USA, 1997) as an example, the key intervention of the therapist to build a relationship with his deviant client, who is characterized by narcissistic behavior, is described and analyzed. Basic elements of the working alliance for therapy, coaching and counselling are presented and possible courses of action for the practice are derived.
