Zusammenfassung
Der Autor beschreibt ein internes Controlling in einer Gemeindeberatungsorganisation. Er erläutert die verschiedenen Arbeitsschritte und die Prozesse in den unterschiedlichen beteiligten Gremien, die zu einer Veränderung der kollegialen Beratung führen. Abschließend leitet er daraus Gesichtspunkte ab, die bei der Einfürhrung von Qualitätsstandards und Controlling bei der Arbeit mit Ehrenamtlichen in Kirchengemeinden zu bedenken sind.

Then the development of the working concept of parish advice/organisation development is highlighted. The example shows the advisory structuring of a decision finding process concerning the question: which of the four existing parish centres should be closed in the future?
