Krise als Chance

Zusammenfassung

Die extremen Belastungen des Pflegepersonal in Krankenhäusern sind Nährboden für die Entwicklung von Krisen. Die Beschreibung des Kriseninterventionsprozesses eines OP-Teams macht deutlich, welchen Einfluss die Institution Krankenhaus und der individuelle Lebenskontext der einzelnen Teammitglieder auf Entwicklung und Bewältigung einer Krise im Arbeitsalltag hat. Die Bewältigung einer Krise und damit die Entwicklung und Mobilisierung der Eigenkräfte eines Einzelnen und die eines Teams sind durch eine zielorientierte, kreative und sensible Krisenintervention möglich. Die bewältigte Krise eröffnete bis dahin nicht sichtbare Perspektiven zur individuellen Persönlichkeitsentwicklung und gemeinsamen Teamentwicklung.

Crises as a chance. Team supervision in an Op-team

The extreme stress of the nursing staff in hospitals is the hotbed for the rise of a crisis. The description of the process of a crisis intervention in an OP-team demonstrates the influence of the institution „hospital“ and of the life context of the individual members of the team upon the genesis and mastering of the crisis in the every day life and work. The mastering of the crisis and the development and mobilization of the resources of each individual as well as those of the team are possible by a purposeful, creative and sensible crisis intervention. The successfully mastered crisis opens new perspectives for the development of the individual personality and the common team.
