Resumé:
Nous rapportons le cas d’une jeune femme dont les troubles cardiovasculaires et urinaires font porter le diagnostic de pandysautonomie aiguë pure. Ceci est l’occasion de faire le point quant à la démarche diagnostique de cette pathologie et d’en décrire la symptomatologie urinaire.
Abstract:
We report the case of a young woman of which cardiovascular disorders and urinary makes carry the diagnosis of pure acute pandysautonomia. This is the occasion to take stock as for the diagnostic step of this pathology and to describe urinary symptomatology of it.
