Zusammenfassung
Engstellen im Dialyseshunt stellen eine häufige Komplikation dar. Die Bewertung der Stenosen und die zur Verfügung stehenden Therapieoptionen richten sich nach der Lokalisation und der funktionellen Auswirkung. Neben der perkutanen interventionellen Therapie bestehen verschiedene operative Möglichkeiten zum Erhalt eines stenotischen Shunts und seiner Funktion für eine effektive Dialysebehandlung.
Abstract
Stenoses in vascular access for hemodialysis are frequent complications. The impact of stenoses and the available treatment options depend on the localization and functional restrictions. In addition to percutaneous interventions there are various surgical methods for preservation of vascular access and its function for effective hemodialysis.
