Patrick Parrish is manager of instructional design with the COMET ® Program, a program within the University Corporation for Atmospheric Research that provides education and training, in web-based and residence forms, to operational meteorologists in government, military and private positions. Patrick is also currently a doctoral student at the University of Colorado at Denver in the Educational Doctorate in Leadership and Innovation program.
