Additional information
Dr. Dan Wan, associate researcher in Institute of Subtropical Agriculture of Chinese Academy of Sciences. She is currently a member of International Society for the study of Iron in biology and medicine. Her research interests mainly focused on trace elements (iron, zinc, copper, selenium etc.) absorption, metabolism, and their nutritional and immune functions in livestock and poultry, as well as amino acid chelates (organic trace elements) nutritional evaluation using both in vitro and in vivo models.
Prof. Yulong Yin, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, doctoral student and postdoctoral supervisor. He is currently a chief scientist of the Institute of Subtropical Agriculture of Chinese Academy of Sciences, editor-in-chief of Animal Nutrition, and editorial board member of Science China Life Sciences and Journal of Animal Science. His research mainly focuses on nutrient metabolism and potential additives for the feed science, particular in fields of amino acids and trace elements.
