Zusammenfassung

Die Plikatortechnik ist eine endoskopische transmurale Nahttechnik im Bereich der vorderen Magenwand zur Verstärkung einer Refluxbarriere. In prospektiven und randomisierten Studien konnte eine effektive Besserung der Symptomatik, eine Reduktion des Medikamentenbedarfs und der ösophagealen Säureexposition nachgewiesen werden. In der hier vorgestellten multizentrischen Studie wird erstmals die Effektivität multipler Nähte untersucht.

Abstract

The plicator procedure is an endoscopic transmural suture technique in the region of the anterior gastric wall for strengthening the reflux barrier. In prospective and randomized studies an effective improvement of symptoms, a reduction in medication needs and the esophageal exposition to acid could be demonstrated. This is the first multicentre study to investigate the efficacy of multiple sutures.
