Zusammenfassung
Der Verlauf einer Anaphylaxie hängt entscheidend von einer frühzeitigen notärztlichen Behandlung ab, besonders wenn das Herz-Kreislauf-System oder die unteren Atemwege beteiligt sind. Aus diesem Grund ist die Kenntnis einer adäquaten Therapie essenzielle Voraussetzung für den Behandler. Der vorliegende Artikel bietet einen Überblick über Ursachen und therapeutische Optionen der Anaphylaxie sowie entsprechende Präventivmaßnahmen. Er vermittelt Kenntnisse über ein stadiengerechtes Akut-Management, wobei er sich an den aktuellen Empfehlungen des S2-Positionspapieres der deutschen allergologischen Fachgesellschaften und internationaler Leitlinien orientiert.
